Order is considered to be completed once one of the following conditions has been matched:
1) You’ve reached the maximum number of revisions
2) You’ve been provided a product and have not contacted us requesting any revisions (if you have any included in your product) within 10 days from product delivery.
21. REFUND POLICY
Due to the facts that:
1) We are developing a unique work of art specifically for you
2) You are entitled to 3 free revision (unless otherwise specified within the product description)
You agree that a refund shall not be provided. However, we we promise to take every action possible we can in order to keep you satisfied and happy with your purchase.

24. COPYRIGHT
Once the logo-signature or any other work for us has been done to the client, assuming that the following conditions are met:
– the client has fully paid the agreed price for the work that we have done
– the client has accepted the work
Client becomes an exclusive owner of the work that has been done for the Client
